All of the class should now know the 3 and 4 times table, recalling them rapidly, accurately and out of order. Tables are something that we need to keep practicing over and over again.

Little Artists

Inspired by the Tree Planting Family Day and Canadian Artist, Emily Carr's Tree Paintings, Year 3 have produced their own Works of Art!

Aren't they fantastic!? They have used oil pastels and water colour and practised mixing different shades to match the colours we observed in the landscape..

Visit to Finca El Galeón, Santa Brigida

Year 3 enjoyed a wonderful, sunny morning out. We worked in teams to play a game with clues which allowed us to explore the farm.  In the allotment, Castor showed us all of the crops and we each planted a tomato seed and pulled up a carrot. We are looking forward to making our own sustainable garden and Castor the monitor, gave us some ideas.
